The System of Electronic Banking of Central Cooperative Bank Plc Skopje (further as EB), is an informational and financial service, which enables the user with constant effective, flexible and a simple access to his accounts in a real time, realization of the required financial transactions, as well as everyday communication through electronic messages with the Bank, from his personal computer or from his office, everywhere in the world, without installing an additional software.
Range of services
The user accepts a certain range of services provided by the EB system by signing the Contract:
1. An informative service that enables:
- information of the completed transactions during the day;
- statements of MKD, foreign and deposit accounts for the past days;
- review of foreign exchange rates;
- receiving and sending emails.
2. Financial service that enables: cashless transactions with PP30, or payments within the bank, as well as payments toward owners of accounts in other banks through the system of KIBS and the system of MIPS (immediate payments), cashless transactions with PP50, or payments toward the Treasury account.
Digital certificate for electronic signing
A unique digital certificate is used for verification of transactions and electronic messages through the system of Electronic banking, being only available for the authorized person for electronic signing.
The certificate is valid only if the User sign an Agreement to use the informational-financial service.
The Bank enables the User with generating a digital certificate when registering on the Internet web site in order to use the informational-financial service.
The digital certificates generated through the Bank’s Internet page can only be used for communication between the User and the Bank.

- Safety – ccbonlie is a system for electronic banking where the most sophisticated technology is used for data protection. Every data is exchanged in encrypted form and is accessible only for the one to whom it refers.
- Reduced costs – The inclusion of the system for e-banking, receiving a certificate and using the informative part of the system are free of charge, while the payment orders made using the e-banking are with significantly lower rates than the payment orders submitted on paper in the Bank.
- Saving on time – The opportunity to obtain the necessary information of the turnover and the balance on your accounts, to perform transactions, as well as to send electronic messages without visiting the bank counters, means saving your precious time and a possibility for greater devotion to your business.
Subcontracting of an Agreement for use of Electronic Banking
User of Electronic Banking can become every legal or physical entity, which owns a MKD account in the Bank, accepts the General Conditions for use of Electronic Banking, submits an application and signs a Contract for use of Electronic Banking. The client can start using the system for E-banking once he signs the Contract for use of Electronic Banking.
The Contract anticipates:
- using only the informative service, or
- using the informative and the financial service
The legal or the physical entity can download the Application and the Contract from the page listed below.
Charging compensations
The user agrees for the Bank to charge automatically the compensations for the EB services from his accounts, according to the Bank’s Decision for the Tariff of compensations.
Technical conditions for inclusion of E-banking
The Client is obligated, at his own expense, to provide a personal computer with an operational system MS Windows, with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, as well as an internet access.
